Delivery is free, everywhere in Pakistan
There is no delivery charge on any order, to any city or town we deliver to. The price you see is the price you pay the courier.
We confirm before we dispatch
After you place an order, our team messages or calls you on WhatsApp to confirm the order and the address. Nothing is dispatched until you have answered. This catches mistyped numbers and wrong addresses before a parcel is on a truck, and it is why we can keep delivery free.
Please keep the number you ordered with reachable. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours we will try once more by phone before setting the order aside.
How long it takes
Orders confirmed before the end of the working day are dispatched the same day wherever possible. Delivery normally takes [DELIVERY TIME] working days depending on your city. Remote areas can take longer.
Addresses
A landmark helps a courier in Pakistan far more than a postcode. Please include a nearby mosque, school, market or well-known shop in your address. We do not ask for a postcode because couriers here rarely use one.
Paying the courier
Pay the exact amount in cash to the courier when the jar is handed to you. Couriers cannot accept card payments and may not carry change for large notes.
If your order has not arrived
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will tell you where it has reached.
