Cash on delivery is the default here, for good reason
Most online purchases in Pakistan are paid in cash at the door. It is the format people trust, particularly for a product they have not bought before, and we offer it with free shipping nationwide.
It also carries a specific problem
Because no payment is taken at checkout, an order costs the buyer nothing to place and nothing to abandon. Across the Pakistani market, a substantial share of cash-on-delivery parcels are refused at the door or never collected. Every one of those has been packed, dispatched, driven across the country and driven back.
That cost does not disappear. In most stores it is absorbed into the price, which means customers who do accept their orders quietly subsidise the ones who do not.
What we do instead
We keep the checkout short — name, phone, address, city, nothing else. No account, no OTP, no advance payment. Then, before anything is dispatched, our team sends a WhatsApp message or calls to confirm the order and the address.
It takes a moment, and it does two useful things. It catches genuine mistakes, mistyped numbers, wrong addresses, someone ordering twice, before a parcel is on a truck. And it means we are not paying to ship parcels that were never going to be accepted.
What this means for you
Answer the confirmation message and your order goes out the same working day wherever possible. Keep your phone reachable and give an address a courier can actually find — a landmark helps more than a postcode in most of Pakistan.
