Who you are buying from

Placing an order
Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A sale is made only once we have confirmed your order on WhatsApp or by phone and dispatched it. We may decline an order, for example where an address is outside our delivery area, where a jar is out of stock, or where previous orders from the same number were refused at the door.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes. Delivery is free. The only payment method is cash paid to the courier on delivery. We do not take card payments, advance payments or deposits, and nobody from Royal Herbal will ever ask you to send money before your jar arrives.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
You must be 18 or over
Orders may only be placed by someone aged 18 or over.
About the product
Majoon-e-Zafrani is a traditional herbal food preparation. It is not a medicine, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. Individual experiences vary.
The full ingredient list, including allergens, is printed on the jar and shown on the product page. The formula contains nuts. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, preparing for surgery or managing a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the serving on the packaging.

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. We try to keep every detail accurate, but we do not warrant that the site is free of errors, and we may correct an obvious mistake in a price or description after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you before dispatching.
Where things go wrong
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
