What we collect

To deliver an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city and email address. If you write to us we keep your message and the number you sent it from, so we can reply and so we have a record of what was agreed.

We do not collect card or bank details, because every order is paid in cash at the door.

Why we collect it

Your phone number is used to confirm the order before dispatch and to reach you if the courier cannot find the address. Your address is given to the courier. Your email is used to send your order confirmation. That is all.

Who else sees it

Your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier company carrying your parcel, because a parcel cannot be delivered otherwise. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone, and we do not pass them to other businesses for marketing.

Marketing

We only send marketing messages to people who have asked for them. You can stop them at any time by replying to any message and telling us to stop, and we will.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records, and so we can handle a later return or question about a past order. Enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for a reasonable period after.

What the website itself records

This site sets a cookie to remember what is in your cart, which is what makes ordering possible. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. Your choices
