When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, social security number or other details to help you with your experience.

How do we protect your information?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We do collect credit card information, but did not know PCI compliant scans are now required. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. For your convenience we may store your credit card information longer than 30 days in order to expedite future orders, and to automate the billing process.

When will my order be dispatched?
Our staffs operate to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with the vast majority of orders leaving our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt. However on occasion, during periods of high demand, a small number of orders may take a time longer to dispatch. You will be sent an email as soon as your order dispatches.
My delivery has not yet arrived. What now?
On occasion a parcel may take longer than usual to be delivered. We understand these situations are frustrating and appreciate your patience in the matter whilst we work to resolve the issue. If you have not received your goods after the last date of your delivery estimate (detailed in your dispatch notification email) please get in touch with us and we will investigate the matter.
Who will deliver my order?
We ship orders using a combination of FedEx and Royal Mail. Small and light orders are typically sent by Royal Mail. Large, heavy items are sent by FedEx.
